Georgian Delight Living and Garden Room Interior Design

My plan for this Georgian delight interior design project was to create an atmosphere of warmth and happiness to be felt by the client and her family on entering their home, as well as enjoying a stylish look.

A three-storey, Georgian townhouse in Greenwich, London, the client was tired of her gloomy hallway and downstairs bathroom. Having painted and styled the hallway and bathroom I was asked to create the colour schemes for the living space into garden room.

The yellow hallway is complementary to purple which was the chosen colour for their living room. The little green conservatory that came off the living room could also be seen from the hallway with the two shades being from the same tonal group as the yellow, this ensured the flow of colours from one room to the next was harmonious and pleasing to the eye.

All colours were drawn from the NCS (Natural Colour System) paint range.
