It’s only been seven months but it seems a long time ago already that I graduated with my degree in interior design. I was humbled to receive the awards I did, thank you again @alexandriadauley, @guyoliver and @klcschool for your recognition. It validated the journey my studies took me on, which included navigating some difficult and unexpected personal challenges. Keeping studies, home school learning for my children through the pandemic plus Colour Ventures and my interior design job afloat through that time was no mean feat, but I’m grateful to have gotten through it with the support of close friends and my family.

These images mark the end of that chapter. They showcase the sample presentations and a 3D visual from my final project, a two-storey restaurant space for a vegan food brand. The botanical elements included in their dishes are a signature feature and were a main source of inspiration for the finishes I specified for the various zones, as seen in the fabrics here by @houseofhackney and tiles by @bertandmay. References like this work to keep a brand foremost in a customer’s mind and contribute towards a more immersive dining experience. The samples look as fantastic here as they do in real life.
